- $35 1 year Adult
- $60 2 year Adult
- $30 Australian Ballet Subscribers (please provide subscriber no. when applying)
- $25 Pensioners (please provide pensioner CRN no. when applying)
- $15 Youth under 18 (please provide date of birth when applying)
